Yes, and as quickly as possible. There are time limits built into the statutes. And, actually, he has 2 actions going, a criminal and a civil component (the Statutory Summary Suspension). Good Luck!

Although he is not required to have an attorney, it would be smart to have one, to obtain his driving privileges, reduce the fees, and obtain a fair settlement.
