Speeding, possesion w/ paraphernalia
My son was recently stopped for speeding (17 miles over limit) and police found a small amount of marijuana and a pipe in the car. He passed the sobriety test so there is no DUI. Does he need a lawyer for his court date or would it be best to plea guilty to this first time offense?
