Is there a statue of limitation for a DUI
5/4/93 I was issued a DUI in Wisconsin while living in Illinois with no prior staturay summary suspensions.7/12/94 evaluated by Illinois department of alcoholism and substance abuse.7/22/94 completed recommended treatment, all forms were submitted to the state of Wisconsin and Illinois.
9/00 moved to Missouri to live with family applied for Missouri drivers license but the National driver registry still indicates that Wisconsin and Illinois still have a hold on my drivers license. In May of this year it will be 10 years.I did not leave the state to flee this problem. Is there anything I can do.All phone calls and letters have led to no results. Thank you for your time .Rick

If you received a sentence of supervision, it may be that you never went back to court at the end of the supervision to have the case discharged - you may need to go back to court to have the court reflect this. More info would be needed to fully answer.

I am currently handling a similar matter for someone involving different states. Sometimes it just takes extraordinary perseverence to wade through the different bureaucracies. I am confident that there is a way to solve your problem so that you will be able to obtain a Missouri driver's license. If you would like a free telephone consultation you may call me at 314-727-2822.

Statute of limitations is not the issue. It is likely that the Wisconsin DUI resulted in Illinois revoking your license. If so, then you will have to "clear" the revocation in Illinois by having your driving privledges reinstated in that state (Illinois). I'm not sure what status your license is in Wisconsin. A copy of your driving records from both states should disclose this information.
