Statutory Summary Suspension( DUI)
I was wondering where I can find the petition form that needs to be filed as so to lift the Statutory Summary suspension that was recieved due to refusing to take the chemical tests . Also from my understanding this will only be granted for work, school , and medical reasons, is that correct.

Re: Statutory Summary Suspension( DUI)
Depending on what county you are in, you may be able to find the form online at the clerk's website. If the petition to rescind is granted you have no restriction on your ability to drive assuming that is the sole reason for your suspension. If you if want to get a permit to drove to and from work etc, you are looking for a judicial driving permit.
