my step dad has a dui on his record and they took his license and its been revoked for over 13 years he got pulled over last year and he only had to spend 15 days in jail and he got caught yesterday and he had to spend 2 days in jail and now has court its consdered a felony now and they are telling him he might have to stay 90 days to five years is this true is there anything we can do to help him?
