If I have a summary suspension for a dui lifted, can I drive until my trail date with out a monitoring device?

If a court entered an order granting your petition to rescind the statutory summary suspension, this means that the court has lifted your driving suspension as it relates to the Secretary of State and yes, you can drive until your trial date without a monitoring device.
Be aware though that the police and other law enforcement officials may not have received the rescission from the Secretary of State. If you are going to drive, I would advise carrying a copy of the court order allowing you to drive or you may have more headaches on your hands if you get pulled over.
Feel free to call me if you'd like to discuss your matter further or have any other questions.
