On Sunday, 3/24/2013, Police came to my dorm room at Northern Illinois University because they smelled weed. After signing a waiver for them to search my room (they said I'd be arrested if I didn't and they'd search it anyways even though I had confessed and handed over a bowl) and they found 2 tabs of 25b a derivative of the drug 2c-b. I had gotten it from a friend and never even opened it in the 6 months that I had had it so I dont even know what it looks like or what it does. I am not sure it is even potent anymore since I had kept it in my glasses case for so long. This is a relatively new designer drug in which I am not sure of the effects nor its legality here. I had asked around and looked online. People have told me to look for a lawyer since this could be a felony? I'm not sure what to do as I am poor and if possible would like to not spend money if I don't need to. Thanks

Do you have a court date? And if so when/where?
You are/will/can be charged with felony drug charges.
