Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

underage dui, comsuption and transportation

Lasalle county, daughter 18 arrested 1st time for dui, illegal consumtion and transportation, will her licence be revolked and for how long, consiquences without a lawyer. Will it automatically be Zero tolerance law or do we have to look into this?

Your daughter's driving priviledges will be likely be suspended. The length of time depends on several factors. Did she give them a breath sample? I am happy to discuss the case with you.

The fact situation as you presented is not one that I would predict an outcome. Your daughter is in serious trouble, and I would recommend that you hire a LOCAL ATTORNEY to defend her. If you don't know of any local attorneys, call the county bar association. Good Luck!
