i have a warrent for dui in cook count ill. Currently I live in Knoxville Tn. Does it stay for the rest of your life or oes off in a period of time?

Unfortunately the warrant will stay for life.
You will not be able to obtain a drivers license either because the Department of Motor Vehicles of all 50 states share information.
What I can do is to go into to court on your behalf and try to get the warrant "quashed".
What was the initial reason for the warrant?
