Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

hello my name is willie jackson and i have a case on the 22 of october and i have a ase that was dismissed on june 15 of this year it was dismissed and i got stopped in september 2 and they said that i have a suspended license and the court gave me my license back i dont have a bond forfirture on it i know that for sure they towed my car and i want to know if i win my case can i get it back and also how can i win my case there not putting me in jail so i need to hir my own lawyer what should i do
