if i was wrongful accuse for a crime and i got put on probabtion but i violate that probabtion with a dirty drop and the state want me to do rehab but the rehab center said that im not high risk for begin inpatient but im good to do outpatient what should i do

You should do whatever the court tell you to do.
If in doubt ask the court what you need to do.
