Legal Question in Education Law in Illinois
I have been accused of underage possession/consumption of alcohol and public urination. I am 19 years old and was on school property. I did admit to the officer that I had been drinking. I never blew, nor was I asked to blow. Can I tell the court that I did not say that and that I was not in possession/consumption of alcohol? A hearing would be through the school.
