Legal Question in Education Law in Illinois
I completed a Master's at Walden U and then continued into the PhD program. These however are seperate degrees.
I never asked for my transcripts offical or unoffical for Master's (stupid me) and had to withdraw from my PhD because of illness that I am disputing charges for currently. That is, they are trying to charge me for classes I did not attend nor participate in and they were notified before any began. Now, they are denying my Master's transcripts even though I am in a PhD now and these are PhD charges and I did frind that 34 CRF 99 gives me the right to those transcripts. Am I also correct in that I should receive them for the fact it is for my previous degree?
