what can i do about my daughter not being in school? i have tried to call the superentendent and everything i cant find a answer anywhere!

There isn't enough information here. Is she not in school because she is "ditching" or is she sick and needs homebound instruction? Was she suspended? Or is it something else?

Regardless, there isn't much you can do as a matter of law if she is ditching school. That is your problem. If she needs homebound instruction, the superintendent is most likely dodging you because they don't want to pay someone for a few days of teaching - by the time they could assign someone school will be out. If she has been suspended and you want to appeal, the same thing applies. School will be out before much can be done.
