Denied official college transcript
Hello, I was denied a copy of my official college transcript from a private college in Chicago, IL. Is there a state or federal law that allows this? Is there anything I can do to receive my official transcript? Thank you.

Yes. My guess is that you left out a very important fact -- that you have an outstanding bill at the school.
Pay your bill. Voila! Your transcript will magically be mailed upon request.
