You appear to be in Franklin County. There should be a lawyer referral service as part of the Franklin County Bar Association. You want someone who specializes in special education advocacy -- IEP, etc. YOu may also find support on line through many, many special education support groups -- there may be one in your area and if not in the nearest main metropolitan area. If you can't find a lawyer by the time of the next IEP meeting, you can bring someone who is knowledgeable in this area, however, and that can include a doctor, psychologist, social worker, special ed teacher, or someone else who can advocate for your child, until you can assemble the team you may need.
