Do I need permission?
I am a teacher have have some questions. Please note that I am not looking to profit financially with my requests.
Can I tape education programs and use them for my classroom?
Can I download class notes that other teachers have posted on the internet (i.e. power point presentations) and use them for my own class?
If I have a book that is no longer printed, can I photocopy it for my students?

Hello. In my opinion, you should obtain written
permission to use any recorded work. This is the
safest route to take to avoid a lawsuit.
