Legal Question in Education Law in Illinois
A school is over-selling parking permits.
A local school is knowingly over-selling parking permits to it's students. The permits are $25 each. The school says the permits only allow the students to park in the school parking lot if a spot is available, and that it doesn't garauntee a parking spot. Is this legal?

Re: A school is over-selling parking permits.
It appears that the School has properly disclaimed
the conditions of the parking permit, i.e, offering no
guarantees.
Sounds like thier also trying to promote the idea of
getting to school early...even if it is only for
a good parking spot!!!
