Legal Question in Education Law in Illinois

I want to start a free Christian school. In Illinois Is it legal to have all volunteer teachers (meaning they don't get paid but are not required to have a degree or license)?

Without proper teacher credentialling, the school would not meet Illinois requirements for K-12 schools at the very least. And even if you didn't advertise the lack of credentials, parents could assume you are credentialled, and if their children wind up without schooling that allows them to the next level, you could be liable for fraud among other things. So what's the point?
