Legal Question in Education Law in Illinois
Sylabus Rights Violation
One of my daughter's classes for Massage Therapy states the points would be taken off if the smell of smoke or perfume was strong.
Is this a violation of her rights?

Re: Sylabus Rights Violation
In theory it can be argued that your daughter's
rights have been violated. However, there may
be an exception in this education/school setting.
Your daughter would have a right to bring a legal
action against the school, if she were adversely
affected. Will be happy to discuss this further.
