My brother is Guardian of the person. He does not receive my mother's annuity or pay bill. Devon Bank takes care of theat. My question is, can he kick me out of the house even though I pay the electric bill and he does not own the house. the house is paid in full. owned by my mother is disabled.

A Guardian of th person can not do that. Only the Guardian of the Estate can do so.
