Is ther some way to find out if a receintly deceised family member had a Will, Insurance policy or any out standing debts?

Whoever has access to decedent's residence is probably going to be the person to find this info. A Will is supposed to be filed within 30 days of death with the County Probate court. After it is filed, anyone can view it. For isnurance and debts, all you can really do is check decedent's records.
