homeowner liability
I am hiring a caregiver from an agency to live in 24 hours, six days a week with my elderly Mother and me. Is there a simple form I may ask her to sign to release us from any and all liability related to this arrangement? Or is this unneccesary? Thank you.

Re: homeowner liability
What kind of paperwork do you have from the agency?
That should explain the extent of your liability. If you do not understand it you need an attorney to review it for you.
email me if you have any questions.
