I lost a living trust document. Is there a way to get another copy. The lawyer who prepared it has passed.

Unless the trust was filed somewhere, a copy was given to one of the relevant
individuals, or a copy given to a bank or other party, you may have to prepare
another living trust. One of the benefits of such trusts is the confidential nature
and protection of private information.
