quickclaimdeed
my two sisters have a quickclaimdeed for my father's property and i want to know if he decides to sell it can he sell with out their permission?

The term is "quit claim," not quickclaim. If the owner quits his claim in a property or adds others through a quit claim deed, he no longer can sell the property, either because he no longer owns it, or has other owners who must sign off on the sale.
