senior citizen
Our mother fell in her apt several weeks ago. Her doctor just kept prescribing pain killers. She is now in the hospital. We have been told from she needs to go to a nursing home, to she needs to be on a psch floor. She has had numerous tests which as of today also includes a transfusion. During this 10 day period, her doctor has not returned any of calls regarding our 80 year old mother.
What other course do we have with this physician?

Re: senior citizen
Hello. If you can keep your mother out of the nursing home, that would be good, in my opinion. As for the
doctor's performance, I suggests that you get a copy of your mother's medical chart and records as soon as
possible. If there is evidence of negligence on the part of your mother's doctor, you may want to consider filing a lawsuit against him.
Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
