Legal Question in Elder Law in Illinois

My son, who has the same name as mine, has stolen my bank account and I no longer have access to my money. This has gone on for the past four months. I was use to receiving $1690 per month from benefits. I want to have him arrested and prosecuted and the return of all money stolen.
