Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Illinois

Can a child participate in high school sports with injury if he isn't cleared by a doctor with his parents permission? The school knows about the injury and will not allow him to participate.

Strictly a matter of school policy. Not a legal issue. Make you pitch to the local school board if the principal and superintendent won't give you a satisfactory answer.
