I am producing a 4.5 hour webcast I call The Wide Awake View.

Will I get in trouble with ABC tv regarding their show called The View?

I do not know how ABC has the name of its show protected, but the question is whether, assuming it is protected, people confuse the two shows. If they do then it may be possible for ABC to attempt to enjoin your use.
