Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Illinois
Could I get sued if I publish an animation that portrays a sitution or event... and someone comes along claiming.... that is me... when in actuallity it does portray them... the same place the same situation the same people. And if I wanted to include a public place in animation like Malcolm X community college or Pauls simon Job Corps Could I get sued for that? Like if the event happened at paul simon job corps chicago... could I use the paul simon chicago name and logos in the animation as well as the logo of malcolm x community college?
and could I use images of chicago itself...... and names of small business names of train stations libraries Transit associations?

Yes but if you change the names and use the right disclaimers you can really lower your risk. See a copyright or entertainment lawyer.
