Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

i have 2 kids with my ex girlfriend well she saw my new girlfriend driving my car and is mad about and now she said that if my new new girlfriend is around my kids that she will file a restraining order on her and she hasnt did anything can she do that? thanks for your help

She can do it, probably making false allegations, but if you have done nothing wrong, you should be able to get it dismissed. Being jealous is not a basis for a restraining order.
