Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I'm 17 and live with my mom in IL I want to go live with my dad in KY but my mom won't let me. Do i have a choice as to who i wanna live with or will it HAVE to be taken to court?

It has to go to Court. You are a minor in your Mother's custody.
