i am 17 and living in the state of illinois i need to get out from my grandparents without being placed by dcfs in another home it's just she comes in the house yelling at everyone and she doesn't live in the house anymore am i able to move out to another state or stay in the same state and i have a place to stay and i am gonna keep going to school
