i have a 9month old son with a man i was not married too he know wants visitation and keep overnight i have know idea were he lives or who lives with him what can i do?

Unless there is a court order for visitation, he has no legal rights to see the child. Demand that he tell you where he lives, that you want to see his home before you will give him the child. You are better off demanding a court order for the visitation. The road you are heading down would seem to require some judicial teeth. As you push him, he may keep the child and return him/her.
