Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Ok i'm 17 and want to move out of my parents house and in with my boyfriend. He says he'll get a apartment for him, our 3 month old daughter, and me. Can I legally do this and what are the requirements for this action?

You need to become legally emancipated. Go to the local courthouse and ask for the forms
