Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My 16 year old daughter decided to live with her father while her two brothers reside with me. Since then the divorce has been finalized. (It is on the legal papers that he is in her custody and I have the boys). Now she wants to come back and stay with me. I want to make this legal, especially because she has type 1 diabetes. Do I need a lawyer? Is there a way for me to make it legal without a lawyer?

An order needs to be entered transferring custody of the child to you, and your child support should be increased to reflect the additional child - from 28 to 32 %
