Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have a 11 year old daughter with my ex husband we divorce 7 years ago and i live in his ap[artment paying rent. Lately the money i make is not enough and he id throwing me and my daughter out. Can he do that? Is any way that I claim for spouse support? Can I claim this apartment since we were married and we have a child together?

If you are divorced, and the l;ease is in his name, you may not have any right to stay there. If you are paying rent, is he claiming it as income on his tax return. Is he paying yuou child support. Your divorce judgment probably bars maintenance.
