how do I get my 6 year old daughters' father to loose his rights so my husband, her "daddy" to adopt her? I have tried everything, but, he hasn't complied. He hasn't seen her in 4 1/2 years, and still will not sign over his rights.

Absent his consent, you would have to file an adoption, if you could allege and prove ground sufficient to terminate his rights, It is very difficult to terminate a parent's rights.
