15 year old pregnant
My step daughter is 16 now by two months, got pregnant by a 21 year old. The ex -wife, her mother let the 21 year old move in. My question is how is my husband responsible for the medical bills when mom let her drop out of school also? Isn't this stagatory rape?

Well, this very well may be statutory rape but that's something to take up with the county state's attorney. That's a criminal matter completely. As for medical bills, absolutely the father still has responsiblity. The child is still a minor. Child support and financial support stops when a child is emancipated...this can mean a number of things: turns 18, graduates high school, turns 19 sometimes, gets married, or works and lives independently.
For legal purposes, all this stuff is just regular "medical expenses" until she's 18...whatever your view about the pregnancy.
