Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I'm 15 years old and I get abused at home, my parents(dad) wants to control every aspect of my life and has homeschool me to keep me from the "world." I'm am finally completely fed up with all this crap and had decided to go to the police so that I can have a chance to start over and be able to go to school, and be with other people, either in a foster home or with relatives. I talked to my family members about what I was about to do and decided that it would be to drastic to go to the police. I decided that I want to move in with my aunt, that is willing to take me in and put me in school. What can I do so I can llive with her freely without having to go to the police about, but still not have to go back home?

You are a minor. Your aunt would have to obtain guardianship over you, either with your parent's consent or through a contested proceeding.
