Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

After 40 years, I have found out where my exhusband is. He has never paid a dime in child support. Can I pursue him for any compensation at all?? Please advise

Did you ever obtain a court order requiring him to support your children. If not then No. If Yes, probably.
