Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am 23 years married my 4 year old daughter live with me & my parents all my daughter life her mom live with us to but now my daughter mother is moving back to north Carolina and want to just take my daughter, me andy family have loved, nurturing both of them for 4 years I want my daughter to satay! What can I do? Please help me!

If you are married to your daughter's mother, she cannot take the child without your permission, otherwise its child abduction. If a divorce is in the works or contemplated,you should contact an attorney to discuss your rights. You should do this quickly. Contact the Chicago Bar Association for a referral.
