Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

When I was 17 or 18 years old, my parents asked me to co-sign on a building with them because they could not get the building themselves. I trusted my parents in good faith that they would make the monthly payments on time. Well now that i am 23 years old, I check my credit report and saw that the having been on time making the payments and have been delinquent every month almost for over a year and that I have a building totally in my name. my credit went from being perfect down to 530. Is there something that i can do about this, because i feel that i have been taking advanage of and my credit is ruined.

So you can sue your parents. The choice is yours. Nothing else to do. If the buiklding is totally in your name, take it over and run it yourself.
