Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

i am 17 years old and i am tryin to get emancipated, i turn 18 in january and my mom is tellin me one minute to move out and the next that i cant, and i am tierd of tryin to do things on my own. i am not in school because she has not yet inrolled me, and i am tryin to finnish high school and go to college. i am just tryin to see what i have to do to get emancipated cause right now my mother is doing nothin for me, my father is dead and she gets soical security for me each month and i do not see any of that money what so ever, me and my mother live at my grandparents house (her parents) and she does not pay them rent or help out. if anyone could help me out with this i would be very thankfull.

go to the local courthouse and ask them for the papers needed to seek emancipation
