Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My 13yo special needs step son is accusing me of abuse. Needless to say there has never been abuse. There haa been trouble off and on with him for years because he doesn't like me. His mother wont let him or his brother come over and she wont answer the phone. I was wondering if I should call DCFS myself and launch an investigation on myself just to finally get this over with. Thank you so much.
