If my 17 yr old has my permission can he move out in Illinois ?

If I say it is ok can my 17 year old son move out legally in Illinois ?

What does the other parent say? If both parents say it is ok, he should be fine, Remember you are still liable for certain damages he may cause, and he will have trouble signing leases and so on due ot his age.
