Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
I am 25 yrs old and want my boi father to do a dna test. I had contact with him through a family freind at one time and ask about it he said he would take it as long as i paid for it. However it has taken me a while to get the money and now i have lost contact. I would not trust him to do on through the mail and to be honest am not sure if would go to a testing sight when scheduled. is there a legal way to have this done? I really would like family medical information and his kids to know they have another sibling.

I don't think you are going to get the relief you want. First, you don't necessarily get his families medical information just because your related. And wanting his kids to know they have another sibling is not really something the courts get into. Another big problem is that there is no legal reason why the courts should force a man to do a dna test on an adult, as child support is no involved.
