Abusive Spouse - Felony 2 Charge

My husband brutally beat our 18 year old daughter. Her nose was broken, and her jaw was damaged. Our 12 year old daughter witnessed this. I have filed for divorce, and asked to buy his half of the house out, but he refused. How do I protect my half of the house and my bank accounts from his attorney in his felony charge? (He is pleading innocent.)
