Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

access & visitation help please
My husband has a 9 month old baby due to the stupidity of an affair. it is his only biological child and he is absolutely besotted with him to the stage of thinking of ending his marriage just so he can bring the baby up. We are trying hard to stay together but I need to know how we go about getting him his legal visitation and access. At the moment she is demanding he visits and cannot take baby anywhere on his own even to grandparents etc .. he has to go to her house and stay if he wants any kind of contact ... she is pushing him into a situation he doesnt want , hes not in love with her but she is telling him he must be a family and raise baby etc .... he is so confused and i have told him he must do this legally to protect himself in the future. he is feeling totally lost and right now i cannot help too much as I am stuck in UK waiting for my visa which will take another 2 months maybe to complete ... of course me not being with him started all this and i'm not there to support him , any help on forms to fill in and cost would be greatly appreciated. .. many thanks

He needs to to file a visitation action. He can file the forms for about $350.00, but you really need a lawyer to go forward. its very complicated.
