Any additional help out there

What can a non-custodial parent do if they want to get custody of a child whos custodial parent has been arrested? Is there any additional resources out there besides that of a lawyer? The custodial parent has been charged with 2 counts of possession of a controled substance

An attorney is the person who handles going before the court. Are you really asking if there is another type of profession which handles legal problems for people, or are you looking for free help?
